Both applications were heard on the same day and were passed unanimousely by the councillors in committee.

Redevco are building a link from their development to North street by demolishing Simsons in North street to make way for a connecting pedestrian lane. From the theatre, pedestrians will be able to see the new entrance to Brighton Lanes and will be able to access Brighton Square through the co operative designs between Centurion and Redevoo to enhance foot fall, and link both retail areas of the town.
