The Brighton Square Portfolio comprises around an acre (net internal) of commercial and residential real estate and is situated in the historic centre of Brighton Lanes. The portfolio comprises 25 retail units, 15 residential units, 50 car parking spaces and office accommodation.

The property portfolio, predominantly Brighton square, comprises of 30 retail units, and 17 residential and office units. Additionally, there are 50 underground parking spaces.
