The road is one of Brighton & Hove’s most exclusive roads, forming on one of the main routes in and out of the City. The majority of houses on Dyke Road Avenue hold values well in excess of a million pounds, making it a honey pot for the affluent society within the city.

The project at Dyke Road Avenue involved many challenges, completely refurbishing and redeveloping the site from what was a dilapidated 1960’s building, into a modern and worthy home for the road. The client spared no expense in creating the highest standards of living, with five large bedrooms, a media room, spacious open plan living space, an indoor swimming pool, covered walkway alongside of a landscaped garden and a development of a double garage to the front of the property.
